Mc3 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document outlines the rules and conditions governing the use of the mc3 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of the services provided.
Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the mc3 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
To register and use mc3's services, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or the higher legal age limit applicable under Malaysian law.
- Be a Malaysian citizen or a lawful permanent resident of Malaysia.
- Not be prohibited by any local law or regulation from using online gambling services.
- Register in your own name and not on behalf of any other individual or entity.
Mc3 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure user eligibility requirements are met. Users who provide false information during registration risk having their account closed without prior notice.

Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Registration and Account Information
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the mc3 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all such accounts being permanently suspended or closed. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Users are responsible for updating their personal details whenever any changes occur.
The name registered on your mc3 account must match the name on the payment method used. Accounts where the holder's details do not match payment records may be temporarily suspended for verification purposes.
Password and Account Security
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account login details. mc3 will never ask for your password through any communication channel, including email or live chat. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately through official channels.
Users are prohibited from sharing accounts, transferring account ownership, or allowing any other individual to use their account. All activity carried out through your account is the sole responsibility of the account holder.
Platform Usage Rules and Prohibitions
Users of the mc3 platform are required to comply with all rules set out herein. Violation of any of the following rules may result in disciplinary action, including account suspension or closure.
- Using automation software, bots or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, manipulation or exploitation of system vulnerabilities.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
- Posting offensive, threatening, or inappropriate content through any channel on the platform.
- Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or breach system security.
- Ensuring all betting activities are carried out voluntarily and free from coercion by any party.
- Comply with all Malaysian laws and regulations relating to online gambling.
- Keep your login credentials secure and do not disclose them to any third party.
- Responsible for all financial transactions carried out through your own account.
- Report any suspicious activity or technical errors to the mc3 support team.
Payment, Deposit and Withdrawal Information
Currency and Payment Methods
All transactions on the mc3 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted payment methods include DuitNow and FPX — both of which are payment channels approved by Bank Negara Malaysia. mc3 does not accept payments in foreign currencies and is not liable for any losses arising from currency conversions carried out by third parties.
Deposit
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are as specified in the user account dashboard and are subject to change from time to time. Deposited funds must be used for legitimate betting activity on the platform. mc3 reserves the right to reject or hold any deposit suspected of being linked to fraudulent or illicit financial activity.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests can only be processed to a Malaysian bank account registered in the name of the mc3 account holder. Daily and weekly withdrawal limits are stated in your account settings. mc3 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing large withdrawals. Processing times depend on the chosen payment method and account verification status.
Liability Limits, Account Policy and Intellectual Property
mc3 Liability Limits
Mc3 is not liable for any financial losses, service disruptions, or data loss arising from factors beyond the platform's control, including internet outages, third-party software failures, or natural disasters. mc3's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty days preceding the incident. mc3 makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times.
Account Suspension and Closure
Mc3 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any rules stated in these terms.
- Suspected fraud or suspicious activity.
- False information provided during registration, or failed identity verification.
- Account closure requested by the user themselves.
- Account inactivity exceeding the stipulated period.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, interface designs, text, graphics, and software on the mc3 platform are the exclusive property of mc3 or parties that have licensed their use to mc3. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without explicit written consent from mc3. Infringement of intellectual property rights may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links and Legislation
The mc3 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. mc3 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
Changes to Terms and How to Contact Us
Mc3 reserves the right to amend, update, or improve these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice being mandatory. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page.
